The Piccolo bar is equipped with four taps with which we can pour sparkling wine and beer. We offer Slovenian quality sparkling wine Frizzantino from Goriška Brda. Piccolo is the FIRST and ONLY in Slovenia to offer you sparkling wine directly from a barrel into a glass. Frizzantino sparkling wine contains 85% Rebula and 15% Chardonnay. It is produced by the Charmat method, like all fresh sparkling wines. The aroma of citrus prevails, which provides a fresh taste. It is great as an aperitif or as an addition to cocktails. Just who is sparkling wine is great with the addition of Monin syrups and purees.
Piccolo can also offer you Slovenian craft beers from micro breweries or beers by arrangement. We also provide a soft drink.
