Our family is proud to continue the long tradition of the restaurant in Topol (Katarina nad Ljubljano). The year chiselled into the stone above the door to the old restaurant, 1866, speaks of its many years of existence. Since 1980, this tradition is upheld by Anton, member of the third generation of Dobnikar Antons. With his wife Mira and sons Toni and Rok, Tone expanded the restaurant and set high culinary standards. The younger Toni recently took over management of the restaurant, continuing on the set path with new ideas and approaches to combine tradition and modern approaches in the restaurant business.
The restaurant's head chef is Rok, who takes care of the good service and well-being of the guests and is one of the younger generation of successful bartenders in Slovenia. He is a member of the Slovenian Bartenders' Association. He participates in various competitions in mixing bar drinks, both in Slovenia and abroad, where he has already achieved quite a few good rankings. The restaurant can accommodate larger private parties, such as weddings, various anniversaries, New Year's Eve parties, baptisms, confirmations, communions, golden weddings... We offer all the dishes from the menu, and we also try to fulfill the special wishes of our guests. We can provide you with live music and interesting decorations for the space.

The modernly equipped Cocktail bar Roky in the lower part of the Dobnikar inn opened its doors in February 2007. The place is available to all lovers of excellent cocktails, as it offers as many as 80 of them, both classic and Roky's own creations. Among the latter, the long drink Green story stands out, which brought him the title of national champion in 2006, with which he qualified for the final of the best six at the World Championship in Greece!
The bar with 30 seats is perfect for closed groups, various celebrations and receptions, as the bar counter is designed in such a way that it allows the preparation of cocktails in an attractive or flair way.
