Arboretum Volčji Potok is a blooming pearl at the foot of the Kamnik Mountains. Here newlyweds find a piece of earthly paradise for their wedding day. There are many locations for the wedding ceremony and the possibility of taking photos in the beautiful park.
You can choose between different locations for a civil wedding ceremony. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will take place in the Janez Boljka Gallery, in the Indonesian pavilion or under the harbor arcades. All environments are in a neat, safe and spacious environment, and they all have peace and romanticism in common. The different atmospheres conjured up by different environments give the couple the opportunity to choose the one that is closest to them.
The wedding party gathers in front of the entrance to the park. The couple leads the wedding party in a procession through the avenue of chestnut trees to the location of the wedding ceremony. The ceremony is followed by a toast, socializing with the wedding party and taking photos. The sparkling wine reception takes place at the location of the wedding ceremony, in its immediate vicinity, but a place can also be designated elsewhere so that the wedding guests can see the park during a walk and thus enrich the events of the wedding day. A couple in the park does not need to rush. It stays in the embrace of flowers and greenery for two hours, so that the couple can quietly devote themselves to spending time with the wedding party and taking photos. To access the wedding location, the couple can choose an electric road train (for up to 56 adults).
The catering of Arboretum Volčji Potok takes care of serving sparkling wine. In agreement with the couple, he also arranges for the preparation and serving of drinks, fruit, pastries or canapés.
The couple makes arrangements for the wedding ceremony with the registry office at the Kamnik Administrative Unit. The couple simultaneously coordinates the desired day and time of the ceremony at the registry office and at the Arboretum, so that the chosen date is confirmed from both sides. The Arboretum issues a permit to the engaged couple, with which they arrange everything necessary at the registry office. Registry office services are paid for at the Kamnik Administrative Unit, and costs for the use of space, sparkling wine and services are paid at the Volčji Potok Arboretum.
